What a founder built over 30 years deserves better than a fund that exits in five.

Who we are

Two entrepreneurs. Not a fund.

Antoine and Valentin have known each other since childhood. Both have built, led and grown companies. They know what it takes to make tough decisions, manage teams, hold a budget, win markets.

Today, they are looking to acquire a Belgian company with untapped potential: international commercial growth, digitalisation to drive, an organisation to strengthen.

Their commitment: acquire, operate, and build on what the founder spent years creating. No quick turnaround. No rushed resale. A long-term ambition.

What we're looking for

Our acquisition criteria.

Five clear criteria. If you tick most of them, it's probably the right time to talk.

  1. 01

    Geography

Benelux and northern France. Operational proximity is non-negotiable: we manage, we don't steer from a distance.

  2. 02

    Size & profitability

Revenue between €5M and €50M. A profitable company with potential. No turnaround, no gamble.

  3. 03

    Sector

B2B services, light industry, specialised distribution. Where operational excellence and sales make the difference.

  4. 04

    Transition

Founder or long-standing manager looking to pass the baton to people who will grow the business.

  5. 05

    Untapped potential

Possible international expansion, digitalisation to drive, sales to structure. The potential is there — we bring the hands and the method.

What we bring

Our approach.

01

International expansion

Antoine has been opening export markets for 15 years. Entering a new country, building a distribution network, negotiating in a foreign language: a reflex, not an exceptional project.

02

Digital & artificial intelligence

We embed digital and AI into how the business is run. Not to look modern — to gain efficiency where it can be measured: prospecting, customer follow-up, reporting, operations.

03

Hands-on leadership

We take operational charge of the company. Not from a board seat. We build a management team able to perform over the long term — not just to report.

04

Respect for what exists

What a founder built over 20 or 30 years deserves respect. We work with the culture, the people, the customers. We build on the foundations — we don't tear them down.

The team

Two operators. Two advisors.
